• Welcome Back Panthers!

I am so excited to serve you as your Assistant Principal at MHS this school year! This is my 12th year at Mabank High School and I have never been more excited for school to start! Previously, I was in the classroom for 9 years and for the past two I served as the Special Programs Coordinator and Administrative Liaison.

I received my Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler in Speech Communications and minor in English and received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership at Dallas Baptist University.

I enjoy working with all students and helping them reach for their dreams through their education. I believe every student should be valued and treated with respect. An education should empower a student and help him or her make a positive contribution to our world.

My husband and I have a beautiful daughter named Chloe who is a Junior in college at Texas A&M, Gig'em, and two 4-legged children. My husband and I both grew up in Eustace, Texas and still currently reside there in our hometown.
