REGIONAL CROSS COUNTRY MEET
Great job goes out to our Cross Country Team for their efforts at the Regional Meet in Grand Prairie. In a very fast field of 176 runners, the boys finished 7th as a Team. Leading the way for the Panthers was Kaleb Allen, who finished 9th overall qualifying him for the State Meet on November 4th. Congratulations Kaleb and good luck in Austin. Others running well were Raul Flores (who just missed a state qualification at 29th), as well as Konner Kemp, Tim Beall and Aaron Wilson all of whom finished in the top 25%.
For the girls, Freshman Shalyn Minshew had a outstanding race finishing 21st overall and just missed a state qualification as well. Fellow Freshman Chloe Reese finished in the top half.
All of the runners have worked extremely hard all year and the coaches appreciate all their effort and sacrifice.
GREAT JOB VARSITY CROSS COUNTRY!
